Oviedo, Florida — The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) established May as National Elder Law Month. The purpose is to educate older Americans and their families on powers of attorney, elder financial exploitation, living trusts, Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and other important issues facing seniors.

Continuing a legacy of supporting and serving its local community for almost twenty-three years, the Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan will be supporting NAELA in recognizing May as National Elder Law Month. When choosing an Elder Law attorney, it is important to know their credentials. The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan is the only Florida Law Firm with two dual board-certified specialists in Wills, Trusts and Estate and in Elder Law. Overall, three of our attorneys hold board certification in Elder Law. Join us on Wednesday, May 4 at 9:30 a.m. for our complimentary elder law workshop titled “The Truth about Medicaid Planning.” The workshop will be held virtually by Zoom. To register, call 407-977-8080 or visit our website HoytBryan.com.
